Very irritating issue on 5z

This issue is there from previous 2 or 3 updates and it is not yet solved by the developer team.
If we open some app that have app lock ,it shows a notification in the notification panel and it does not get vanish even after the app is unlocked .
I have share the screenshot for the same .
Look at the ss and u will understand it more better. so pls have a look at the ss.
