Screen casting over TV

Im unable to cast my ASUS ZENFONE MAX PRO M1 mobile screen on Android TV (TCL iffalcon).
Can this be fixed with FTA update. Many of my other friends using the same model facing this issue.

Chrome cast has never been perfect. Especially not when it comes to TVs with built in chrome cast. I've had the same issue myself with my ZenFone 6 and a LG TV but it fixed itself without getting any FOTA. There may be numerous reasons why it's not working. Casting is currently working for me so it's hard to know why it's not working for you.
