When I try to swipe up to open recent apps, the gesture tries to open all apps screen. I think sensitivity of swipe up gesture is highly increased.

That was changed quite some time ago? You may add "Outdoor Mode" as a Quick Setting icon as well , for faster toggle.
Swipe down the notification panel fully.
Press the little pen icon in the bottom left corner . Find the 'Outdoor Mode' QS toggle, and pull it to the panel and place it in the location you wish.
