Notification Sounds Problem

After the last update, I have a problem with Notification Sounds there is no sounds
I get to settings > sounds > notification Sounds > I can see the list of tracks and nothing happen.
And I didn't hear anything when I receive any notification like messages and WhatsApp messages.
Can you help me
