Not able connect

Hi Everbody,
Currently I am not able to connect my headphones with aptx HD with my headphones which is aptx supported. Have also verified it is supported from your site.

Even I checked in Developer options codecs. Aptx is not listed. Is this a software bug, could something be done.
Can you help me?
