10 hrs to get fully charged is abnormal. Since, you have updated with latest security patch on may. I suggest to factory reset and check.
Post above step if still face, check with some other cable and adopter with same output capacity as per stock charger. Whether working or not. If it work fine with other charger, get the stock one replaced if under warranty.
