This computer is windows 7 and in order to upgrade to windows 10, I will need to flash the BIOS to the latest version. I downloaded the latest BIOS version but the ASUS EZ Flash 2 does not recognize the file that I downloaded and place on my hard drive. Yes, I unzipped the files. I am unable to find a tutorial on how to use EZ Flash 2. The ASUS Bupdater will not run on my computer.
Remember, this is not a Windows 10 or Windows 8 OS. It is Windows 7. ASUS will not allow me to chat, call, or email them for support. Is there some secrete handshake? I have registered and signed in to the ASUS site.
