Ever since I have updated my phone with the latest update I'm unable to charge my phone while it's turned on.I have to switch off my cellphone and only then it charges. Clearly it's a software issue. Please provide updates only if they are stable,now I can't afford to factory reset my phone as I have to 1st backup everything.
