break in middle of upgrade

my tablet sent me a message that there is a new update for your tablet. i was so happy but i didn't know that it is the last time that i can see my tablet works well. i started to update it but it takes a long time. i push power button and after some minutes it turned off and never turned on. can you tell me how can i repair or recover it? i'm the owner of a website and write about success and the law of attraction. all of my account information is in this tablet. my email password etc. please help me.
