ASUS Keystone - Shadow Drive Folder

ASUS keystone is working but the shadow drive folder is not displaying/unlocking when I plugged the keystone. I tried by setting my BIOS settings to the default but even if I change those, the shadow drive folder is not displaying once I plugged the keystone.
