WHY IS BLUETOOTH GETTING ENABLED AUTOMATICALLY?

Hi, I was facing the same issue with my device as well. This occurs due to the location scanning that uses Bluetooth. Follow the below steps:
Open Settings
Scroll to Security & location
Under Privacy, Tap Location.
Tap Scanning
Un-check Bluetooth scanning.
The above steps fixed the issue for me. Cheers!
