Hi,
Since i updated my 5z to Android 10, 2 days back it seems my phone has become useless.
My camera isn't working, all the functionality of the camera has become disabled.
Incoming calls can not be heard, unless i call them back.
Incoming ring tone is not working.
Opening any file like photos, videos or any document takes ages to open.
In the phone settings i cannot open more than two levels of settings. The screen just goes blank.
The battery is draining much faster than the earlier Android 9 version and the phone is heating up with the new version.
I haven't been able to use much of the phone and expecting many other features not working.
Can someone help me with the above issues or should i do factory reset and hang on with Android 9 version.
Please help fast.
