I have updated my 5z to latest version, I found one bug, internal storage space running out without any app download. Factory reset several times but same issue arises again. Please do needful.

Hello Guys,

Since I update my Asus 5Z to Android 10, I am not able to use the File Transfer Feature of my phone through USB Data Cable.
Whenever I connect it, to computer it just start charging my phone and doesn't ask to choose from options. Like file transfer / Charging etc.
Please give me a solutions. I am not able to reach Asus Service Centre because I am in Africa region.

Factory reset can help u try it with backing up ur data ?
