Apps are freezing after New Update 5z

hey Asus,
After the be update my ZenFone 5z sometimes freezes while using apps. Only the apps freezes but I am able to pull down the notification panel and go to home screen. It takes a few seconds for the app to start working again. I am uploading a video for reference I am using Chrome in this. this freezing happened with other apps too like Spotify, Snapchat, etc.
Posting this here instead of old zentalk cause there is no option to upload video and mods are not active

Yup i also experienced, n 4k 60fps isn't smooth as it was, it shutters.

even the scrolling in Apps is laggy aftr jan security patch updte..
