may I ask whether your issue happened on desktop?

Whether the issue occur only on EXCEL?

Did every documents in EXCEL happens the same situation?

Here are some suggestions that you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

Launch Microsoft Excel on your system, go to its Menu> File> Open

Click on the Browse button manually locate the corrupt Excel file.

Once the Excel document has been selected, click on the dropdown option adjacent to the “Open” button and choose the “Open and Repair” feature instead.

You can try the steps to confirm whether the issue still occur.

Also, could you provide the product model and OS version?
