@8PIIJ3
The largest capacity for this notebook is NGFF 2280 PCIe 512G (SSD P3X4 512GB M2 2280 NVME).
The largest ram for upgrade is DDR4 2666 SO-D 16GB 260P.
Thank you.

I want to know
What is the different between 500GB and 512GB
I've found this product
Crucial P2 500GB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD Up to 2400MB/s - CT500P2SSD8
https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-500GB-NAND-NVMe-2400MB/dp/B086BGWNY8
My questions
Is this m.2 NVMe PCIe compatible with the notebook?!
And there's 4gb on board
Is that mean i can only exchange the 4gb by 8gb . So the total ram will be 12gb ?!

Due to the large number of brands on the market, we cannot guarantee their stability and compatibility with you.
Regarding the memory, your laptop has a replaceable memory with a maximum support of 16GB.
As for the memory soldered on the motherboard, it cannot be replaced.
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
