Vivowatch 5 (HC-B05)

The Vivowatch 5 (HC-B05) no longer has the ECG feature and the altimeter. The HealthConnect app keeps getting worst also with each upgrade. What is going here Asus? I tried to get help from support and nothing.

Regarding the issue you encountered, we suggest you try the following steps:

  1. Update the watch and app: Please make sure that your smartwatch and the corresponding app are updated to the latest version. Software updates can usually fix known issues and provide a better user experience.
  2. Factory reset: If the problem persists after the update, we recommend that you reset the watch to factory settings. This will clear all personal settings and restore the watch to its initial state. Please note that before performing a factory reset, we recommend that you back up your important data.

If the problem persists after completing the above steps, we recommend that you send your watch to the nearest ASUS service center for inspection by a professional engineer.

Hello. I have tried those obvious steps many times and the problems persists. There no service center for watches in Madrid and ASUS will not send me the DMR document to send the watch for service under warranty. Customer service is surprisingly useless. Could you help me please. I used to trust ASUS, but not any more.
