ASUS ROG Cetra True Wireless Not Turning On After Long Storage

Hi,

I recently found my ROG Cetra True Wireless earbuds after almost a year of being lost. However, they are completely unresponsive. Here’s what I’ve observed:

• The charging case works fine: Its LED lights turn on when I connect it to power, and it detects when I place the earbuds inside.

• The earbuds do not respond at all: No LED lights, no pairing mode, and no reaction when taken out of the case.

• I have tried charging them overnight using both the original cable and different chargers.

• I attempted reset methods, including leaving them out of the case for hours, pressing the touch surfaces for 30+ seconds, and charging with the case lid open. Nothing worked.

• The earbuds do not show up in my phone’s Bluetooth list.

It seems like the batteries may have fully discharged over time, but I’d like to know if there’s any way to force a reset or revive them. Does ASUS provide any repair options for these earbuds?
