asus zenfone5z not fully charging

hi asus support/ users

seems asus zenfone5z not fully charging to 100%

anyone else facing this issue ?

note : i m stil on android 9 with nov. security patch update.

i am talking about battery not charging full ..

currently on android pie only...

battery charges till 95 % and then stops

and even after kept on-charging for more than 30 minutes its stil on 95% also it dont shows charging message on screen .

and when unplugged from charging it noves directly to 94%

Not happening with me. Are you sure your battery didn't degrade? Perform batter calibration once.

Try restricting background usage for apps draining your battery and use greenify
