Final update wish

As we know, mod already said this phone will get its final update this month..
We still dont get it until now, maybe end of this month i guess?
Hope they working hard to make it with less bugs or even free of bug, making notes of every reported bugs / problems here..

My number one wish on the list is pls bring latest GPU driver update too..
N there is some bugs that i already posted, so i hope it fixed too..

As for a13, i wont be greedy to ask too much..
This phone is already best in term of bringing firmware updates than other gaming phone..
Kinda sad, but its reasonable to stop here n let them focus on newer phones..
Not getting updates is not the end of the world afterall..

Your not missing anything, 5 g isn't all it's cracked up to be. I purchased a 5 G Sim card ( prepaid) and now I have gone back to a 4 G Sim card, much cheaper and I really don't notice any difference. If anything the 4G Sim is better when I am in a large building

Nope, he is right. You're the one that is clueless.
The only 5g frequency that is supported for you are the 3.5ghz frequency. And that one will be useless to you.

To demonstrate the problem. 4G is capable of delivering over 1gbps if you have perfect conditions, however due to range your speed will vary. Whats good and nice about the 5G network is that especially the 700/900/1800mhz frequencies can benefit many people, however your Rog5 version does not support those bands, only global does.

I don't have ROG5. I have ROG3. And my ROG3 is not Chinese, it's WW version.
ALSO, 4g in our area are capped at 200-250 Mbps download, 50-70Mbps upload with career aggregation. Whereas the SAME CARRIER is giving us 780-800+ Mbps download, 100+ Mbps upload at the exact same location! So, 5G DOES EXCEED 4G!

No it doesn't and no you don't have global, you have a rebranded tencent version. You can ONLY get 800mps IF youre next to a tower, which youll never be at.
Global versions only consists of: strix (8gb 128 / 8gb 256) or rog ( 12GB 512 / 16GB 512). I have people from india like you who learned the hard way they have tencent simply with another back and WW rom, but still have the same crappy modem.

My version is VERY MUCH the Strix version 8/128.
I have checked with Multiple different softwares including 3D mark benchmarking suite where they show my device as ASUS ROG Phone 3 Strix.
Why do you think I have a Tencent version? And how do you say that the MODEM in my phone is bad?
The particular ISP speed on 4G, whatever it is, is HIGHER ON MY DEVICE than on any other device around me. I'm not sure what made you think that I have a CHINESE VERSION THAT WAS REBRANDED!
Tell me more about it!
