i cant update my phone to oreo 8.1

because ystem update failed (3) unknown error system restored to previous configuration

please help me to fix this problem

    The upgrade of the firmware must be step by step. It can't upgrade to the Android 8 directly. You have to upgrade one version at a time until the version you need.
