I would suggest checking the SMMI test (go into the ASUS calculator app and enter .12345+=) and then do the wifi test. This will help determine if it's a hardware issue with your phone.

BPMThey will assist the device and then they will call me to tell me that there is a problem with the Device and it need to replace something in it and they will charge me for all of these things but they will ignore the fact that the issue was caused by the update... Shame on themWell, shoot. At this point, I'd advise contacting ASUS's customer service. The ZenTalk forums are nice, but not the most direct way to get help from ASUS.
