Fingerprint sensor not showing to unlock screen on Asus ROG 3

Rooted or not: Not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Continuously post 5 hours of phone restart
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):No
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Post 5 hours of restarting phone, fingerprint sensor to unlock phone does not show up on lock screen. This feature was working fine, but has suddenly stopped post 7 days of phone usage.
Please let me know how to fix this issue, or release a new update with the fix for this.

Hi,
Try this:
Check under Fingerprint if its setup
Remove and re add your fingerprint
Restart and Factory reset phone once
If its related to hardware, check by following:
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

Already tried the above steps, still issue persists. Too many bugs are there, please perform complete testing and fix all bugs. Everyday observing new new bugs.

Also wanted to add. My fingerprint sensor is working fine, but it's not showing up on lock screen so I am unable to unlock phone. Everytime I have to use double tap to wake up screen and then unlock the phone using fingerprint scanner.
This should not be the case. The fingerprint sensor should read our fingerprint at all times, even when screen is locked. Please let me know if that is not how it is.

November 25, 2020 fingerprint sensor not working and missing in settings. Pls help
