ROG 3 keeps restarting randomly by itself

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
- Model Name: ROG PHONE 3
- Firmware Version: cannot find it
- Rooted or not:. NOT ROOTED
- Frequency of Occurrence: 4-5 TIMES IN THE LAST MONTH
- APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): LATELY FACEBOOK BUT OTHERS AS WELL
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

ROG 3 keeps restarting automatically and randomly, it happened about 4 - 5 times in the span of the one month I've had this phone, messaged on instagram and they said try clearing system cache which i did and also in safe mode but i faced the same issue again today while scrolling through Facebook.
My device is upto date with the updates that came and I was hoping to find a solution here.
please advise me on how this can be resolved.

Just try to update firmware to new version ww.17.0823.2008.78 via FOTa and than Factory Reset :)
How do i update firmware?
Setting -> System -> System Update -> Check Update 😁
It is upto date... Same firmware version.

After the update, have you done a wipe data / factory reset? not only wipe cache partition but also have to wipe data
I did a format (erase all data) and set up my phone from scratch, will see for the next few days/ weeks if it occurs again, thanks for the help bro
