Um did you read the rest of the changelog?
And no fixing something related to a massively popular game is not bullshit, Pokemon go still has a very large playerbase (in millions)
Plus sometimes stuff aren't mentioned in changelogs, update and see if there's any improvement in system stability,air triggers (if you faced issues with it) and battery optimisation

After this update display responsiveness/scrolling is better,armory crate animation supports potrait mode (like rog 3)
