Regarding Downgrade from A11 -->A10

Hi @Admin @ARP @Titan_ASUS @irekgrad
I have a query:
If I downgrade to Android 10 will I be able to upgrade back to A11 again?
I want to reinstall A11 again from start. like the transition from A10 to A11 again.

Yes..., you will definetly be able to update your device from A10-A11 even if you downgrade.
You should later see 2 updates one by one from Android 11 after you have downgraded to A10 (latest version)
Firmware versions from A11 are :-
1- 18.0410.2106.138
2- 18.0410.2108.158
Thanks!
@AmitGarde Thanks I downgraded to A10. i got the .138 Version but didn't received the .158 update.
Dont worry you should soon receive that as it is a new latest version from Android 11 & is released in batches.
Thanks!
Thanks @AmitGarde for the information and help.
How are u guys downgrading?
Does it cause DATA FORMAT?
Thnx!
-Deepan.
Yes downgrading your firmware will format all your existing data & so taking backup of your important data is always recommended as a note below any downgrading file on official website.
Thanks!
Hi @Pervage @Deepan_Ch
yes, you can downgrade and later upgrade again. Just remember to backup your data as it will clear your current data. Also remember to downgrade to the latest version of A10.
You can find the firmware version here on our help desk:
ROG Phone 3 (asus.com)
Thanks @Irene2_ASUS .I downgraded already. now in version 138 waiting for OTA update of 158 version.
It has been out for a while now.
@Danishblunt Is it like I will not be receiving that update through OTA?
I think depending on region it takes longer for some. Doesnt matyer tho, you can download the firmware feom the asus website and then leave it on your internal storage, it will prompt that you have an update and you can install it.
