Pretty sure you're talking about color banding and not black crush, that being said there is no solution aside from custom kernel.
Yes it is color issue but when i watch contain at low brightness i see the black colour faded
I am using screen blance app for this issue but i want a permanent solution of this problem
I don't know why if Asus not giving out the fix or a timeline, why are they preventing sharing of custom kernel made by the users, probably lots of ppl bought tencent version flashed with WW Rom so no warranty anyway
Because that would be dumb. They arent preventing sharing custom kernels, they are simply preventing sharing without a sourcecode, which is absolutely understandable.

Make sure you are on latest software version which is .143 if not, you can check by
Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
If you phone is on the latest software version and still if you are facing black crush,

Bro.I have black out r3.no power even i charge it. Took it to service center. They found little crack on LCD. They didn't want to open the device until we agree to change the LCD (while still have quarantine on it).
Is it normal to change LCD to fix this black out?
No, it's not normal nor needed. It's not even the LCD that is damaged but the glass in front of it looking at the image.
Maybe ask @Gustav_ASUS for guidance. As I've head stories about service centers doing some truly shady sht
I have updated to the latest version i.e.. 143 but still I'm facing the issue. As you ask yous to visit the service center, but people in service center itself don't have any knowledge regarding the issue. Because I have already visited twice. And asus people don't have shame as they have not yet solved the display issue even after 8 months of launching the so called flagship phone. And shame on people supporting asus.

Service center won't be able to help because it's a software issue.
As can be seen here. Also last post should give you some hope that it finally reached the devs.
