Hi,
There is a problem with "Switch by schedule" from Battery Management. I always leave mobile data off, and I only use Wi-fi. Whenever the scheduled battery saver mode reaches the end time, the battery manager activates mobile data against my will (generating unwanted data usage charges). I'm facing this problem after Android 11 update. It did not happen on Android 10.

Bug with battery saver schedule

This doesn't happen for me so we will need to log your device to find out why it happens to you. I will send you a PM
