Unstable Network Connection

Has anyone else experienced ongoing "unstable network connection" messages on the Zenfone 7 Pro? This has been occurring since 20 Feb 2021, but I didn't change any network settings or installed any new apps

I get the message when using only cellular data on 5G with full bars OR when I'm only using Wifi 6 with full bars, and also when I have both cellular data and Wifi on.

I turned the phone on/off, reset the network settings, turned off battery saver, etc, but nothing works.
