Display resolution is not so accurate all the time 😑 something it feels like 30fps

I think you might be referring to "refresh rate" not "resolution". It depends from application to application as if screen is refreshing at 60Hz, 90Hz or 120Hz if the application locks the refresh rate at let's say 30Hz, visually it wil be 30Hz no matter what is refresh rate of your screen.
