Twin Apps Viber issue

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:

  1. Model Name: Asus Rog Phone 3
  2. Firmware Version: 17.0823.2007.58
  3. Rooted or not: No
  4. Frequency of Occurrence: non stop
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Viber latest.

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.


On Second Viber account backup and restore functions doesnt work. It gives me an error that drive isnt configured correctly.

    Have you checked if your backup are saved properly by log in to the Google drive? data is on a hidden folder in your Google Drive

  • On my old Samsung S8 is working and restoring data successfully. Tried 1 hour before. On this phone first account restoring data , but second gives me that error.

  • Same issues on my ROG Phone 3

  • Have you tried to remove the twinapp app and then add it again? This is normally the fix when the same thing happens with whatsapp

  • Tried several times. Same issue.

    Same issue here on my ROG3... I fixed it by re-selling it online. Got tired of waiting for anyone from ASUS or Viber to fix this.

  • Same problem on my Asus rog 3... Solution... It worked on my previos rog phones...

    Anyone from Asus support ???? Or you dont give a shit for your customers ?

    How much we need to wait before your answer or fix your f*kin twin app ?

  • Premium support for "Premium phone" ................

  • We are waiting for a fix or answer almost 4 months. Asus dev and support teams are jokers...!

  • Some other issues on second viber account:

    • cant send or receive pictures
    • notification tone changing by itself
