Powermaster Help please

Powermaster is terminating my app in background even after I have disabled all the settings. Even I have set app' battery optimisation to 'not optimised' . Attaching some snapshots of the settings. Please help me and tell if there are more settings i need to do. Its really annoying.

Just a kind note, your screen timeout is 2 minutes. You need to becareful in not setting your brightness too high, otherwise you will get screen burn.
Back on to the topic, what app is causing you the problem?
Can you show a screenshot of it being "not optimised" please?
mapmyride.
Is it while you have it open and then it shuts itself down?
Is it possible you can do a screen recorder of the issue? I will give it a try too.
Hello,
Just to let you know I have managed to install the app and I have managed to have it running when the phone is on for 40+ minutes as I was using Google Maps too.
I will try it with the screen turned off to see if I can get the same issue as you and let you know.
I have Battery Optimisation off like you do, but I do have Detect Battery Draining App turned on where you have it off.
If you can give more information about the symptoms of the problems, that would be helpful too.
I run this app in the background and it has a notification tray panel which shows distance and time. Also I run youtube music for songs in background. But after like 10-15 mins I find a powermaster notification that it terminated one background application .
Thanks for this. I haven't yet reproduce the problem yet. At the moment, the app has been running for over an hour.
Do you have the latest firmware installed?
Also, do you have any battery saving apps installed, such as AccuBattery?
No battery related apps installed. Yes everything is updated. Ill give it a go tomorrow and have an SS whenever it terminates.
Check if you have detect and stop option enabled
And disable clean apps in suspend option in mobile manager settings
check the Snapshots I have shared above. I have them all Off
Happened again. Check the snapshot and video.
PowerMaster still seem to be on in detecting apps even though you have it disabled. For now:
Can you go to Settings - Apps & Notifications - See All Apps - Press on the 3 dots and go to PowerMaster
Press on Storage & cache and do Clear Cache.
Now go to Settings - Battery Enable battery-draining apps and then press on Detect battery-draining apps. You should see Detect & Stop. Enable it and then disable it.
Restart your device and then see if it happens.
Another thing I noticed is My notifcation tray shows location on but it is off. Why my device is actong so wierd lol. spooky.
Yes that is weird indeed.
Can you go to settings - locations (while it's greyed out), does the recent app using location changes? From my understanding with locations, when it's turned off, it would be turned off completely.
Perform toggle on Airplane Mode to see if it turns off the location icon?
If the above doesn't work, does rebooting your device remove the location icon?
Also, do you remember how you got that to appear without turning on locations?
It got fixed after rebooting. Icon now gone. I dont remember how it got there. Now Ill check for the mapmyride soon when i try it out next
