zenfone max pro m1 has no sound even though it has never been hit, and has never been submerged in water but for, there is no sound when playing videos, music, other media, but to call without speakers can still, then often posts appear like this

    Thank you for your asking. I just tested my device the afternoon, yet I didn't have the same issue. Kindly provide the information below so that we could better assist you.

    1. Does the issue appear after any system/apps download or upgrade?

    2. Your current firmware version

    Setting >System>About Phone>Software information

    If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?

    3. Check on Sound Settings, make sure you have open "Media volume"

    Settings>Sound

    4. Please try SMMI test

    Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>Speaker Test/BoardMic Test/Headset Test/Headset Mic Test
