Practically : I used toothbrush, the one rated as "soft/kids", any of these two, gently try to poke the grill, don't go hard, done. Takes 10 mins tops.
I know its not advisable, but there no other option plus I don't trust service center guys, for such complex device i don't trust/believe if they can disassemble and put it back as it is. Plus it will take 1-3 days and asus doesn't provide loner to rog2, they provide for 5/6z only. Great logic there by asus
