I use this phone for many professional task, where I cannot entertain these issues. It's been more than a month since these issues were reported. Please find a solution.
@deeppaul589 Information on this topic has circulated in a couple of threads these last couple of weeks, but in case you've missed it, we recommend you visit a service center if you're experiencing freeze/restart issues with your device.
