I've already shared enough comparison photos of red Tint comparing to other OLED phones side by side in this same thread.
I accept other OLED too gave colour tints issue but not as high as ROG phone 2. My main point here is that Asus several times said that they are looking into it but never gave proper information or fix or atleast acceptance where it is hardware or software issue.
If you are triggered by this comment of mine,
"Gotta appreciate fanboys here, they did great screwing up normal users by convincing that it a thing with every other OLED phone."
I gotta ask, are you one of those whom I mentioned as Fanboys? Were you part of this "gang" who tried their best to convince that every OLED phone has it?. Just asking.
So few months back it was OLED characteristic but now its magically hardware issue which Asus never acknowledged? Wow.
Talking of T&C can you please point or post the exact T&C which says "if there's an issue, we pretend to investigate while our fanboys defend us with lame excuses" clause please.
I think you were also one of those guys(feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) who said every OLED has it and now you are suddenly saying that its a hardware issue? Wow dude.
Btw before you say go to a service center, I went to one initially when this Red Tint issue came up but service guys said that it would be fixed via software update in coming days. Looks like poor service guys too fell for Asus's fake " we are investigating it" claims.
I'm going to leave this here. There's no point on debating about a dead snake. Peace.

Looks like Asus silently burried this with the time.
All those "we are investigating, we are looking into" were just to buy some time.

Take a screenshot from ROG and tell us if you get the issue (not from another phone)
What? I didn't get you properly. Take a screenshot? Of what? What not from another phone?
Oh sorry, what I meant is to take a screenshot of the red tint issue.
Bruh , how can u show the issue in screenshot ? Lmao xD
You need to click picture of the issue from another phone
That is my point and I agree with you @RAIDEN™
It is this comment which has led to my question or asking for a screenshot:
"Gotta appreciate fanboys here, they did great screwing up normal users by convincing that it a thing with every other OLED phone."
If it can only be seen from another phone, that's hardware related right? i.e. the OLED.
Yes it seems like a hardware issue for many of my friends , including mine has fixed with replacing the display through service centre
Eh?

No company would admit liability, it's going to be in the T&Cs like everything else.
So the revival of the post is to have an update despite knowing it's a hardware issue?

+1, needs to be clarified.
Anything on this issue? Did Asus ignored it?
There's been posts that this can be fixed through service centre by replacing the screen.
There's nothing required from ASUS as the community has come up with an answer to this problem.
The software fixes is only hiding the problem.
So red tint can be solved by screen replacement right?
So did anyone replaced their screen ?
Did the red tint solved after the replacement ?
Is there any chance that the red tint could get worse after the replacement ?
I'll go for the screen replacement if you guys provide a proof that red tint is solved
Please post a photo of red tint before and after screen replacement
Please post a photo of red tint before and after screen replacement
So that I'll apply for replacement as well
