@Falcon_ASUS 請貴公司正視這件事,並解釋死機的原因。已經有看到其他人的案例,是換了主機板又出事。讓你的消費者每天拿著一支不定時炸彈、不知道什麼時候會死機,是貴公司對待消費者的態度?更不用說救不回的資料回造成消費者多少不便。若貴公司持續打太極,我們不排除尋求消基會、消保會的協助。已經購買第三支華碩手機,是忠實顧客。但此事件讓我心灰意冷,下支手機可能不打算再繼續支持貴公司的品牌了。
