Reverse charging isssue

Model name: zenphone max pro m1
Firmware Version:WW-17.2017.2006.429
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: frequently
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):


Always showing reverse charging pop-up sometimes phone wasn't charging.
When I switched off the mobile and connected to asus charger it charging well. I was also tested in safe mode again it showing pop-up. It was irritating when I playing pubg. Please help me to get ridd of this issue Thank you.

Even after factory reset the problem was not solved

Reverse charging isssue

Same here..
Worst part is that it occurs almost 10 times in an hour. And nothing actually could be done. All are f a sudden this bug or something popped up!!
