Connection poor.Always reconnecting

Why my zenfone max 3. Is always connection poor..even if my signal status is 4g ? Always appearing in my phone using my messenger in call or video call...always appearing a connecgion poor and always reconnecting. Even my phone is updatated..even my messenger too...can we fix it ?

Hi castroervine, Good day. May I check with you whether your firmware is currently on the WW-15.0200.1812.503? (settings> system > about phone> software information> build number) Does this problem appear if you in a different location? Could you use another SIM card of a different operator for a check? Please kindly turn on airplane mode > for 3 seconds > then turn off it when you encounter this problem. Thank you.
