Does this problem appear when you in other different location?
Could you help us with the following troubleshooting,
(1.) Power off your phone > re-put sim card > turn on the phone
(2.) try to use other different sim card for a check.
(3.) Please check it in safe mode. (https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1005163)
