Hello, i am here to ask you why is some of my apps were cant connect to the internet. For example i cant play any online game in rhis phone, i could only use this to chat with people.

What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number)
When does this WiFi problem start to occur? ( For example: after firmware updates)
Does this problem occur even when you connect to a different router?
Also, are you saying that even in safe mode, the phone will disconnect?
