Volte option not showing in cellular network.

I have Asus zenphone max pro m1, I have 4g airtel sim, but in cellular network it does not show me the LTE option

When I asked the asus customer care they said "modal (ZB601KL) does not support Volte network. It support GSM/GPRS/EDGE,WCDMA/HSPA+/FDD+LTE and TD-LTE DSDV network bands."

But when i insert jio sim it does show me the LTE option.
I don't know what to do now.

I also faced that issue once I know how to fixx this. First thing u need to call airtel customer care to activate volte service on your sim then if reboot if option comes then good if not work then u need to reinsert the sim & select 4g mode then reset the device it's a clear solution. My issue was fixxed with the reset process but U need to put that sim in while reset ok.
