I Have downloaded the file and placed in root folder,after restart the system update file got detected and started applying patch and very after 20% automatically device go into recovery mode

Not so much debugging was done on beta 1before launching it. Beta 2 is much same as beta 1.
Don't replace your A9 with A10 beta2, of you are thinking to.
