storage in asus zenfone max pro m1

im using asus zenfone max pro m1 32 gb and facing storage issues i bought a new 32 gb sandisk sim card but many times mobile dosen't aknowledge sim card {it works well in other mobiles} but thats not it.. i'm unable to track what causing my storage cause i barely have 2-3 photos and may be 20 60 mb files nothing else still faces storage full option ..

You should probably consider doing a factory reset.
And also you have 23 gb of apps in your device that is the reason why it is full.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue

4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
