ive tried reinstalling usb driver, Asus usb driver and etc still the same error. The phone works fine charged normally. Wont fast charge even using the usb and adapter from box. It also wont connect to my pc, YES ALL PC AND LAPTOP! This issue started since 2019 andorid 9 update till now. Tried all developer mode test etc no change

My ZB602KL with the same firmware version works properly in File Transfer. Based on your picture, your phone could still be detected by the PC? Please provide me a video of the error message.
Besides, after you did the factory reset, could your phone be detected by other PCs?
