Hi s.dharudharshini Please kindly provide me your phone’s model. What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Please kindly provide me your Google play store's version. Have you tried the following? 1.Go to your phone settings>app info>press the three dots on the upper right>reset app preferences>reset apps 2.Please kindly restore and uninstall update the Google Play and Google service app for a check. Hello, stop referring your customers to Google for this problem. Many Asus users are experiencing this problem of updating apps on the Google Play Store. IT'S UNBEARABLE ! None of the solutions that you give solves the problem permanently. Give serious consideration to this problem making it impossible to update apps on the Google Play Store. Because of that, I dissuaded 3 friends from buying an Asus smartphone ... Thank you.
