this known issue but not happen to all model ZB631KL. Fix fw will be scheduled by the end of this month. I have tested on my ZB631KL but couldn't found issue as you said. I used latest FW version (179) with 4GB RAM type.

Yes it seems FW bug. Fix FW is targeted by the end of this month. We hope RD will release it soon.
