Automatic Shutdown - Did Not Open My phone automatically shutdown for some reasons and is not powering up.

Hi ChiCha1968 Good day What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) How often did you encounter this problem?Did the problem happen in use or stand by? Is there any error message pop on when you encounter this problem? Do you mean you can't reopen after automatic shutdown? Please help to confirm, thank you:)

Because last time you have been disabled "Caping", so the system restart and go to Recovery Action 😄
