Audio Bug

Asus zenfone max pro m2 audio jack issue. Very low audio output when connected via aux cable to different players. Lowert than my zenfone max original. Kinda innaceptable. I would like to know if it s a software bug or a hardware issue so i can sent it back for replacement asap. Thank you in advance!

Hi alexcristianstanciu What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Please kindly test it under safe mode. (safe mode: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1005163) Also try with different aux cable for checkups. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
