Any other having BSNL 4G sim in ASUS ZENFONE MAX PRO M1

I am using MAX PRO M1.
My BSNL 4G sim card shown call waiting is enabled. But not receive any calls during calls.
Please how to solve this issues.

Yes , I am using asus zenfone max pro m1. I am leaving kanyakumari . Bsnl 4G volte is enabled. My friends using mi and redmi devices bsnl volte is working but asus zenfone max pro m1 not work.
